Pastor Chad Wagner prayed at the Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast in Excelsior Springs, MO for the Excelsior Springs City Council members to stand up and defend the citizens and businesses of Excelsior Springs, MO and to stop future acts of tyranny such as the county, state, and federal governments exercised over us during the Covid-19 lockdowns of 2020.
